About John C. Kikrland
John C. Kirkland has extensive expertise in corporate and securities matters. As a corporate counselor Mr. Kirkland has been retained to represent public companies, entrepreneurs and private equity funds in billions of dollars of public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, many of which include novel structures and unique features.
